MyCasinoBook is for useful sharing
MyCasinoBook is for sharing useful casino/game experiences and helping other players. Good contributions can be brief or detailed: a game-location observation, a thoughtful review, a clear photo, a question, or a respectful conversation all help when they are honest and considerate.
These guidelines apply to posts, comments, photos, reviews, community reports, and other community interactions. They work alongside the Terms of Use.
What is welcome
- Wins, losses, and personal casino experiences shared as your own perspective.
- Game discussions, questions, and conversations about how a floor or game works.
- Photos that you have the right to share and that help explain a casino or game.
- Respectful disagreement and corrections supported by useful context.
- Observations about where you found a game, clearly presented as observations rather than guarantees.
The rules
Do not use MyCasinoBook to:
- make threats, harass people, target someone repeatedly, or encourage violence;
- post hate, sexual exploitation, illegal content, or content involving the exploitation of minors;
- run scams, phishing, fake prize or withdrawal schemes, or deceptive promotions;
- send spam, malicious links, malware, or instructions intended to compromise accounts or systems;
- impersonate another person, a casino, a provider, a moderator, or MyCasinoBook;
- expose private information, including another person's contact details, credentials, or identifying documents;
- manipulate reviews, ratings, community reports, confirmations, likes, or other community signals; or
- abuse anonymous posting, bypass rate limits, evade moderation, or infringe another person's rights.
Scams and phishing deserve extra care
Never pay to unlock supposed winnings
Never use MyCasinoBook to tell people they must send money, crypto, gift cards, credentials, or make a deposit in order to claim or withdraw supposed winnings. Claims like these may be scams or phishing attempts.
MyCasinoBook may remove scam content or restrict accounts, but no automated or human review catches everything. Treat unsolicited offers, urgent requests, and links promising guaranteed winnings with skepticism.
Anonymous posting protects identity, not conduct
Anonymous Public posts show “Anonymous Player” to the public. They are still associated with the authenticated account internally for safety, moderation, and abuse prevention.
Anonymous posting is not permission to harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, expose private information, or evade a moderation decision. Also remember that photos, descriptions, and timing can reveal identifying details even when a name is hidden.
Reports, reviews, and moderation
Two report paths serve different purposes
Community Reports help correct directory and game-location information. Social Reports flag posts and comments for safety or community-rule concerns. Use the path that matches the problem rather than treating a factual listing correction like a conduct complaint.
What happens after a report
Some intended-public content may be automatically evaluated. Some content may be held for human review. Authorized moderators may dismiss a report, remove content, or restrict access when appropriate. We do not publish internal thresholds or security details.
Use the report control on the relevant post or comment, or start with Community Reports for directory information. For help with a privacy or safety concern, visit Help / Contact.
Contribute carefully
Share only what you are comfortable making public. Check tags, visibility, expiration, and photo previews before requesting publication. Player-reported Bonus / Win details are personal reports, not verified outcomes, and do not change directory data or reputation.
If you see a mistake, explain what you observed without presenting an unverified claim as a certainty. The best reports include a clear location, date, and useful context without exposing anyone's private information.
If something goes wrong
If content makes you feel unsafe, do not engage with it. Use the report control, leave the conversation, and contact the Help / Contact page for account or safety assistance.
